Return Policy for Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for an exchange or store credit. 

For most items, you have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return.

Unless it's defective, Delivery, labor and/or installation fees cannot be refunded.

Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items

The product might have a minor scratch and dent as sold as an Open Box. You must inspect the product visually before you make a purchase. Also, you must report any visible damage other than the condition you aware of at the point of purchase to delivered items within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages and obtain the required claim number, call 973-575-2333 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7 p.m Eastern Standard Time seven days a week .
